secretly, i am really glad that singapore is a kiasu country.we know the virus might be here, it just havent shown up yet.
and by stocking up on all the tamiflu and relenza meds, it shows we are prepared.
but please uh.
if no flu, dont go and buy those meds.
youre taking a part of the stocks that are meant for the people who really need it.
its funny how during times like this, the newspapers are being very optimistic and during times of, well, normal times la, they dont.
dont as in they dont leave me feeling optimistic at all.
dengue and avian flu all.
the so-called "minor minor things" you know.
hahahaa.
if only everyday the newspapers would make people feel good.
the nation would be so much vibrant i guess.
ahahaha yeaaaaaa right.
if life were as such, it would have been such a perfect world.
but i guess its not.
guess at times like this we just keep washing our hands and try not to sneeze or cough in each other's faces.
anyway,
yesterday night i was watching television with my mum.
then we werre talking during the commercials. like duh la what else do u do sia.
i am very curious as to why one person is not afraid of death.
i asked jess and she said the same thing.
"if i die, i die lo. there's nothing i can do about it what."
if it were me, talking like that would be weird.
because i know i still got so much to do and i know that if i were to die now, i would regret not being a better person.
like ill worry if my blessings are enough and ill worry if my sins are being reduced or cleared.
ok la in short,
i dont want to go to hell.
being on earth, ive learnt to be afriad of fire.
hahahaha ok not learnt, i am afraid of fire.
no need say fire heat only scared.
that is one thing that motivates me to not to bad things.
ahhh.
all we need is just a little motivation la actually.
now if only that were to be translated to normal schoolwork motivation,
i would be out and watching a movie right now and not sitting here trying to do my cover letter.
hahaha.
